Returns & Exchanges

At Mod + Jo, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it and attach it to your original mailer.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Secure your jewelry in its original pouch and box to prevent damage, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
